Full uplift
We pull up the old floor covering and the underlay beneath it, then strip out the tack strips, staples and glue residue that get left behind when it’s done in a rush.
Clean subfloor
We leave the concrete or timber subfloor swept and ready — whether the next step is new carpet, tiles, floating floor, polishing or a real-estate photo shoot.
Rubbish taken away
The old carpet, offcuts and debris leave with us. No skip bin filling your driveway for a week and no trips to the tip on your weekend.

Flooring Removal FAQs
Do you take the old carpet away?
Yes. The old carpet, underlay, offcuts and debris all go with us and are disposed of properly. You don’t need to organise a skip or a tip run.
Can you remove vinyl, laminate or timber as well as carpet?
Yes — we uplift carpet, vinyl, floating laminate and timber flooring. Glued-down vinyl and timber take more work, so we’ll factor that into the quote.
Will the floor be ready for new flooring afterwards?
That’s the point. We strip the tack strips and staples and sweep the subfloor so it’s ready for whatever comes next, whether it’s us laying new carpet or another trade.
Do you do removal only, without laying new carpet?
Absolutely. Plenty of our uplift jobs are removal-only for renovations, end-of-lease or getting a property ready to sell.
